  6. You're right about that Inger. I find it reminds me of life and how it is truly in everything that surrounds us.

  9. Samson, I also sleep with a stuffed animal. He is a white teddy bear. He comforts me. Don't tell anyone, but we have long conversations when we go to bed at night. He helps me sleep.

    Love,
    Janie

  11. It will take time. Losing a pet is hard, or at least I think so.

  12. That Samson fellow is cute, especially when cuddled up with his Gracie.

Blessings and Bear hugs in a sad time.

  13. I've experienced the aching heart and the emptiness. Many times. It is so hard to get past the loss of your pet. Every rustle, every thump makes you thing that your pet is coming - but then you remember. For me, those sad memories were eventually replaced with the fun memories of wonderful times I shared with my pets.
Best to you! I hope your Sunday was wonderful and that you have a great week!

  15. Enjoying nature and by giving each other comfort will help you both at this time.

  16. Nature revitalizes and softens the blow...go outside as much as you can and soak up her strength!

  19. I was behind with my reading, but now caught up. How sweet! Some days I feel the need for a Gracie2. Maybe we should all have a Gracie2 in some form or another.

  20. Yes, nature is good for the soul. I fund myself sitting outside watching the sunset last night and it was very calming. We both have lost very special animals that enriched our lives. We were lucky to have them.
