I often wake up very early -- between 4.30 and 5 am and now instead of tossing and turning I get up and have breakfast -- an English muffin and a cup of tea and watch a favourite world news program I discovered was on at that time! Sometimes I get on the computer for a while. It's lovely now to watch the early sunrises.
