Hi Inger ... I bet it does too ... love that red light - can see it beaming its way to help fight fires or light the way - cheers Hilary
A nice old relic from the past... I wonder how many fires it has fought and the stories this old truck has witnessed. Inger, I have a big rock in my front yard and a few days ago when I was cutting down all the dead plant foliage, I saw that it had big patches of rust and I thought of you. I hope Samson is still doing well.Hugs, Julia
this is my favorite kind of rust, love old trucks and old cars.
I was thinking the same thing about the stories it could tell. That red light looks in great condition considering the shape of the truck.
What a great old rusty relic! Great photo and thanks for sharing it.
Neat old truck!
Dear Inger, I love your thought about the stories that firetruck could tell. It makes me look around the room where I see all sorts of things that have stories to tell, especially my doll, Suzy, who sits her on my computer desk. Santa gave her to me when I was eight years old and we've been together ever since. Peace.
I would like to have that red light.Love,Janie
Like that truck image, like an old mare put out to pasture. The guys on the American Pickers show love that rusty look and sometimes so do I.
My grandfather was a fireman and was killed in a fire truck accident a long time ago. I wonder how old that fire truck is and whether his fire truck looked like that one. Thanks for a very cool photo that obviously got me thinking!
That old truck definitely has a lifetime of tales locked inside.
Have I mentioned that I love your header?
Thanks for leaving a comment.. ~~ Inger
