A Few Pictures

from around my property. I took these last November, probably with my old phone, which took much better pictures than my new one. The new phone is a cheaper version of my old one, but that's OK, it forces me to do more with my camera.

  1. I love seeing your surrounding area. so beautiful. maybe your new phone the camera is set on the lowest mega pix. on the phone, in the camera settings, mine has a choice of 1, 2, 3 or 5 megapix. if yours is set on 1 change it to 5.

  3. Those are beautiful photos. The sky is so blue.
I was very intimidated of my Canon T1 Camera when I first got it and I studied the little booklet that came with it but I would only tackle on step at a time. I'm still not all that familiar with it but it serves my purpose.

  4. Hi Inger - it must be lovely being out there with all the sky above. Just space and air ... gorgeous. My new phone doesn't take nearly as good pics as my old one - but c'est la vie for now. Perhaps you can do us every quarter shots - so we can see the plant growth difference ...? Gorgeous seeing it ... but love my green old England - with a smattering of snow on the Downs ... cheers Hilary

  5. Wow, is that sagebrush? Looks like a place where you could film a western. I would love to just wander around and look, and now you have made that happen!

  6. Amazing blue skies. I am always so impressed with the images phones produce. Almost makes me want to get one just for that purpose since I have no cell service here.

  9. So nice to see these beautiful, sunny photos! It's 20 below zero here so I will take all the sunshine I can find!

  10. It's beautiful but I think I would feel isolated if I lived there. When we lived in the country in Illinois, I felt cut off from the world. Then I moved to Florida and it was difficult to get used to having neighbors.

    Love,
    Janie

  12. You know, Inger, I very rarely use my phone for photos, other than when I'm with my granddaughter, grand-dog, or want a copy of recipe I spot in a magazine when I'm out. Your surroundings are beautiful...:)JP
