Samson Says:
Look what auntie fishducky make for me!!!! It came in an email! ~~ Isn't it the most beautiful thing you ever saw? I don't know how she did it, but there it was, just for me!!!
Dear auntie fishducky, you are so talented and so kind and I thank you very, very much for this pretty bed. Soldier can have his now, bone decoration and all, mine is just so superior, colorful and sweet. And I got a pile of bones! A whole pile of bones! I just know Gracie will want to come visit now.....
To my dog friends: See it pays to complain, you try it. You never know what may come in the email.
Uncle Jim: About Gracie and me getting married, you know in California anything goes. I think Gracie lives in Maryland, not Virginia, and I have no idea how it works there. But for dogs, I think it's best to stay like we are. Our online love is blossoming good right now.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now my turn: As the week went on and I didn't hear from the doctor, I was pretty sure the results would be good. I was going to call him Thursday, but after I went to the dentist in town (and Soldier had kept me up a good part of the night) I was so tired, I just went to sleep for the rest of the day. So I called yesterday and everything was good. The radiologist report stated (I managed to drag this out of the doctor) that the mass was consistent with a lymph node and not cancerous. I had no idea you had lymph nodes in your breasts, but it's a good result and I'm happy. I will monitor it closely though.
The ultrasounds of all my major organs to try to find out why I have this pain in my side were also fine. I'll take a few days off to rest my mind, then I need to decide about a new doctor. I have two in town I'm interested in and I need to make a decision. It sure feels great to have choices once again. After that, I will see a specialist about my pain and do whatever is needed to find out what's going on.
Thank you so much for your support, sorry if I worried you. You are all such wonderful friends and to share has helped me a lot.
Reading your title, I got so excited that YOU GOT GOOD RESULTS...yes, and that you know who got a present!!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteI'm like you. The doctors usually only call you right away if the results need follow up. So glad you got good results and can relax a bit now.
ReplyDeleteThose colors really set off Samson's great white coat. Looking good fellow.
Oh Inger, I'm so glad your test results came back good! Prayers answered!
ReplyDeleteGracie saw the comment about her and Samson and she is wondering about a cyber wedding and a long distance relationship. According to her... she said to me, "you and dad were married when he lived in Indiana and you in Maryland. Why can't I marry Samson?"
I think she just wants to show off her wedding dress.. what do you think? haha!
Hi Inger, Samson, Soldier and dearly beloved hubby - hiding around somewhere - perhaps he borrows those lucky blankets ... I thought the pile of bones was a snowflake or a star - but that's the way I think .. !!
ReplyDeleteDelighted that all seems to be well - though it would help if you could find out and rid yourself of the pain ...
Cheers Hilary
Yes, Hilary, it would be great if all this was over.
ReplyDeleteBobbi, you're sounding like the mother of the bride already! Let the poor boy propose, if that's what he's going to do first, then we'll talk about a wedding.
Gracie, take your time and enjoy your cyber romance for a while and know that Samson loves you very much.
glad to hear the results, so far, are good! may they find the cause of your pain!!!
ReplyDeleteLoL!! I know Inger... I'm getting ahead of myself!
ReplyDeleteGood to hear Inger. Take care of yourself.
ReplyDeleteWonderful news! I do hope that you will find the cause of your pain and soon and eradicate it and your anxiety.
Kara Inger--Congratulations on the negative test results!!
ReplyDeleteKara Samson--I'm glad you like your pillow bed! If you DO marry Gracie, I would be happy to make a larger one for for your wedding present!!----auntie fishducky
I'm so glad your test results are good. That auntie fishducky -- she's a treasure.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
It is great that your test results are negative.
ReplyDeleteI am soo glad that Samson got a gift from Fishducky. I am sure he is enjoying it.
So glad to hear you got a good report. Could the unexplained pain be from some repeated movement that you make and pull that area? The reason I ask is this happened to me once because I lifted a large gate a particular way and that was the root of my pain not something internal going wrong.
ReplyDeleteSuch good news. Waiting to hear from the doctor can be painful all on its own.
ReplyDeleteNice gift, Samson!
Good news is always... Good News!
Good news indeed, Inger! Phew! Now rest and 'catch your breath', my dear.
Great news Inger!!
ReplyDeleteNot sure if you considered this, but when I get a pain in my side I usually discover it's my husband.
Dear Inger, I'm relieved that the test results were all negative. I applaud your going to a pain specialist and a new doctor so as to track down that pain. You have become and you need to be, your own advocate! Peace.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that I could get online to read this. Hooray for good news! (I also have some lymph node issues, too!)
ReplyDeleteBut, having pain and not knowing why is awful. I hope that gets figured out and you get relief soon.
oh! i hope everyone's health is always okay. glad that the result is okay.
ReplyDeleteI am so thankful you got great results. That is such a blessing!
ReplyDeleteWonderful news, Inger!
ReplyDeleteThat is really good news. I had a scare some years ago in my breast that turned out to be calcified glands. There's a lot of stuff going on in there! Good luck with the Doctor hunt.
ReplyDeleteWhat about the winter this year ?
