That's a kind and creature-loving plan, Inger! I like that. It reminds me of a stretch of weedy grass that really isn't very pretty. We could take it out, but small birds hide in it when a hawk comes through. So we keep it...it still doesn't look very nice. :-)
much better than a bird bath, always fresh... love the photo and the bird water fountain.
ReplyDeleteDon't fix it Inger you are doing a service:) Hug B
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for watering the birds. We have a birdbath that gets manky and disgusting if it's not rinsed out all the time.
ReplyDeletehehe yes, ... I have waterleaks for the birds too ... :)
ReplyDeleteso cute. :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so generous. :)
ReplyDeleteNice idea, I'm sure they appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteI really love the simplicity of that photo. You nailed it, baby!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, we should remember the critters need water too. Good for you guys!
ReplyDeleteWe have a stone bird bath in our back garden area, and I see the little birds stopping by for their morning sip or bath.
Hubs keeps our birdbath clean and full of water. He's a birder.
Automatic water bowl! Love it.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot!!
ReplyDelete:-) cool bild. Du får sätta upp en annan stolpe så du får vatten
ReplyDeleteMom found out that she can attract more birds with water than with seed! Good decision!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
I totally agree. Leave it. I provide water for all creatures who stop by. It is the least we can do.
ReplyDeleteAs a bird nerd, I agree. Don't fix it!
ReplyDeleteThat is sweet :)
ReplyDeleteHow sweet of you.
ReplyDeleteWhat's that they say, if broken, don't fix it...Or is it the other way around? :-)
ReplyDeletesweet idea.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to invite the critters in for a closer look. The wasps like our pool.
ReplyDelete*and they say "thank you"...*

The bird has such poise, and you have such a great eye!
