aww. samson, you're so sweet...
ReplyDeleteAngel will always be with you & Samson--in your heart!
ReplyDeleteGracie 1 is sending LOTS of LOVE, LICKS and DOGGIE HUGS to Samson. And I am sending love and hugs to you Inger.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry for your loss. I agree though I think nature gives us a happy feeling. sandie
ReplyDeleteWe are sorry for your loss. Angel is is a better place, and most likely enjoying looking down on you from the prism of rainbow bridge:)
ReplyDeleteYou're right about that Inger. I find it reminds me of life and how it is truly in everything that surrounds us.
ReplyDeleteI hope you've enjoyed your day!!
Yes, nature is a healer of so many things! God bless you, Inger! -Jeff
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet picture of Samson.
ReplyDeleteSamson, I also sleep with a stuffed animal. He is a white teddy bear. He comforts me. Don't tell anyone, but we have long conversations when we go to bed at night. He helps me sleep.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
Samson looks so relaxed with his toy... Hope it helps him.
ReplyDeleteCat
It will take time. Losing a pet is hard, or at least I think so.
ReplyDeleteThat Samson fellow is cute, especially when cuddled up with his Gracie.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and Bear hugs in a sad time.
I've experienced the aching heart and the emptiness. Many times. It is so hard to get past the loss of your pet. Every rustle, every thump makes you thing that your pet is coming - but then you remember. For me, those sad memories were eventually replaced with the fun memories of wonderful times I shared with my pets.
ReplyDeleteBest to you! I hope your Sunday was wonderful and that you have a great week!
Enjoying nature and by giving each other comfort will help you both at this time.
ReplyDeleteNature revitalizes and softens the blow...go outside as much as you can and soak up her strength!
ReplyDeleteAs Angel would expect, Inger. This was lovely.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about Angel.

I was behind with my reading, but now caught up. How sweet! Some days I feel the need for a Gracie2. Maybe we should all have a Gracie2 in some form or another.
ReplyDeleteYes, nature is good for the soul. I fund myself sitting outside watching the sunset last night and it was very calming. We both have lost very special animals that enriched our lives. We were lucky to have them.
ReplyDeleteHi Inger .. love the photo - and glad Samson is settling down - but you as well - it's always such a difficult time. Go carefully .. cheers Hilary
